What are your rates? Do you take insurance?
We offer a free consultation and charge $175/50 minute individual or couples therapy session. We are out-of-network providers for most insurance companies. This means we can provide you with a receipt (super bill) which you will send to your insurance company for partial reimbursement. We are happy to check your insurance and make sure you have these benefits along with help you submit your super bills. Please contact us for a free consultation.

What is the length of therapy?
On average, most of our clients find immediate relief after the first 6 sessions. To reach short or long term goals, people typically stay 12 to 36 sessions. For best results, we recommend starting with weekly sessions if possible.

Do you also provided traditional therapy such as CBT and DBT?
Yes, all of our therapists are trained in traditional therapy models along with creative arts therapy training. Whatever the issue is that you’re facing, there’s a good chance we can help.
Do you provide in-person and online therapy?
Yes, you can choose what works best for you. We offer in-person, online or a hybrid approach. All our therapists are vaccinated and we take extra Covid 19 precautions to ensure your safety.
What happens durning a free consultation?
The free initial consultations are an opportunity for you to meet the therapist, ask questions about their services and decide if they are the right therapist for what you need. We want you to succeed and not waste your money if they don't feel quite right about the therapist.
