My approach is gentle yet deeply supportive. I draw from trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, somatic therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-inspired awareness to help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and body are beautifully interconnected. Together, we’ll explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion, helping you create new patterns of self-understanding and healing.

As a mother of two boys and a creative soul who loves painting and designing clothing, I deeply value expression, authenticity, and the beauty of transformation.
